French Association for the Development of Bike Routes and Greenways (AF3V) AF3V is a nonprofit organization made up of numerous local organizations and the Federations of Cycle Tourism and Urban Cyclists. The local organizations pursue trail and greenway development in their regions. The AF3V is working toward a nationwide network of trails that will link with other projects across Europe.
